Sean is a rare leader who is both performance and people-driven. In our North American Head of Growth search, Sean was a standout. He validated this from the start of his onboarding where he took a thoughtful approach to rapidly gain context on the business and get to know each individual team member.

When I had an opportunity to report to Sean, I jumped at the chance to grow under a mentor who values professional development more than any leader I've met before. In the past 6 months, Sean has demonstrated this time and time again by helping me define my career path, keeping me accountable to goals and acting as my biggest sponsor. By definition, a sponsor champions you when you aren't in the room and Sean has done this in spades.

He even made a PowerPoint slide (my favourite medium) of my 5-year career path! Sean creates an environment which fosters trust, allowing everyone to bring their whole selves to work AND hit targets!
