Some of the greatest highlights of my career has been a result of reporting to Sean. His in-depth knowledge of digital marketing combined with his ability to effectively lead our team is the reason why I (and many others) have been able to hit and surpass performance goals. Sean's management style is effective because he is very approachable and believes very strongly in transparency. He has the ability and willingness to roll-up his sleeves and get into the weeds if need be for any digital channel. He is also great at explaining the big picture. Through Sean, I've expanded upon my organizational skills which have helped me attain my goals.
